Purpose: JASA is a recreational league with the objective to have fun while learning the game of soccer. Your role as a referee will assist the players in learning the game in a safe and controlled environment. The rules for the league follow US Youth Soccer’s small-sided game rules very closely. Be active on the field and make sure you are in position to make the correct call. Use all signals to convey your decision to the players, coaches, and family members.
